All the service I received on repair of my whirlpool microwave oven was was excellent. There was no problem with the operation performed by the service tech. He was very courteous and proficient. The only problem I can recall is from the shop management. There was a delay in completing the service, not due the parts which by the way came promptly each time. It would've been far more proficient for the service management to authorize a total replacement. By doing so I the Customer would've had my service completed in a timely manner. Cost of parts and labor with a 30+ days repair service would not have occurred. 90% of the parts were replaced. With replacement both the customer and total cost would've been Less costly. There are times when Replacement overrides the cost of labor and parts, this was one of them.

Dmitri arrived in good time and got right to work. He checked that the problem was as described. Once power was removed, he quickly replaced the defective part. After allowing for a cool down period, since the thermostat had to be touched, the refrigerator was restarted and work was verified. I would gladly have him repair any of my other appliances.

My Technician was On time, and very professional. I told him just what was going on with my washer and he fixed the problem and told to me about what he did to correct the problem my washer was having. I'm very pleased with the work that he had done to my washer.
