Getting through to schedule the service was a disaster. Then from saying someone was on the way from 7am etc etc and finally arriving at 3:15 is unacceptable.

We have had sears protection agreements for decades and this is one of the best technicians we have had. The tech was very kind, knowledgeable and took his time to fully service our dryer and answer any questions we had. A sharp difference from what we are used to getting from Sears. I hope we have more techs like him.
