Jonathan was fantastic! He went over and above to help research our "tricky" range to make sure we are ordering the correct parts and help brainstorm next best solution when a part is as on back order. We truly appreciate Jonathan and his hard work to get our oven back up and running!

Juan, quickly overcame the issue of moving the washer from a very tight spot by using a trick only learned through experience, then ran the diagnostics, and found low water pressure as a possible cause. After cleaning the filters on the cold and hot water hoses entrance washing machine started to work. He answered all our questions while the tests were being run.

Very pleased with Terrance. When he came the first time and replaced the first parts but the dryer did not work, he immediately ordered additional parts and put the dryer back together and left the area in the same condition. When the new parts came in, I was pleased it was him again. He again left everything clean and proper.
