Frank, Was extremely knowledgeable and definitely customer service oriented. He diagnosed the problem accurately and proceed with the repairs in a timely fashion. He also took time to tell me what to avoid to prevent the repeat of the issue I had. He even pointed out a better gas saver than the one I was currently using as well as to make sure that I understood how to operate the snow blower correctly. It was really a pleasure dealing with Frank. My Snow Blower is operating perfectly and I highly recommend Frank and the Craftsmen team
