Frig service call
He called ahead to share estimated time of arrival. Gave text message updates. Called when he arrived. Researched status of repairs. Diagnosed Frig. Shared his findings and updated the warranty dept that frig was not working.

Ramon was punctual and updated me about his arrival time. He called for assistance since our microwave was very heavy and built in. He explained every step along the way and worked hard to diagnose the problem and finally found the problem. He was well equipped with all necessary equipment and tools and even provided a protective blanket to cover the table where my microwave would sit. He was extremely professional and answered all our questions. We were very happy with the service provided. Thank you Ramon!

James did a great job, of course i had to wait on parts to fix my fridge, he tex me let me know when you get the parts delivered, I did. He had the 1 extra part I needed in his truck, called me said he had and open appointment to repair earlier. Saved me an extra week with no fridge even i have an extra 1 in the garage. 6 days no fridge in the kitchen no choice. He always kept me up to date by texing. repair took about 2 hours. works great again.. He tex about 3 days later just to be sure everything was ok, nice guy, professional and great communication thru the process. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍

The person knew. What he was explained to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it and he did, he also advised me to replace the water filter and how to order it. He did a great job thank you again.
