Kenny came out and was honest about the diagnostic on my washer. Although I decided not to go through with the repairs, he was very helpful about what he thought the washer would do (and it did).

I really appreciate that he was great at communicating changes in arrival time via the web and text messages. Came in and fixed the problem in minutes (previous Sears repairman forgot to reconnect freezer fan so some top section not freezing). Very friendly.
