Exceptional Technician
This is his second visit to repair at our house and he did not disappoint. He explained everything well to my mom and made sure the appliance worked well. His attitude also was so kind snd refreshing. I hope other technicians are like him. We have had sears repair for decades and heis one of the best.

Gunner was dependable and able to meet my need for some flexibility. An ice maker should have been ordered in advance, but was not. Therefore I had to schedule another service call. He put me at the end of his day so I didn't have to be at home all day waiting for him. He was polite, kind and knowledgeable.
