Ken is an excellent repairman. He checked out the ice maker we were having a problem with thoroughly. He concentrated on checking the water pressure because he said that seems to be the problem. He did everything he could and even cleaned off the coils in the back of the refrigerator. My ice maker is probably fine, but I can't get ice until I get the problem with the water pressure fixed. He said if he has to come back after the water pressure is fixed he can lower the service charge for me. I can't ask for more than that. He is polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely use Sears repair services again!
