Technician Fabulous - Arrival Time Not
The email said that he would be at our house at 1:00. At 11:00 he texted and said he was an hour away. I let him know that I would not be home until 1:00. They sent him on other jobs resulting in him not arriving until 4:00.

Randy and his coworker were on time. They were very professional. Wake up me in the loop the entire time as they were diagnosing the problem with my dryer. They laid out the potential cost of repair breaking out the parts versus labor. I would definitely recommend Sears home services again.
