Excellent Service
Renford was very courteous & professional. He was almost able to diagnose the problem right away. Within an hour we was able to quickly fix the problem at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend him & use him again. Thank you very much😊

Gary knows what he is doing He. Said sears would call me to schedule installation I haven't heard from them I called in repair February 22 2026 repair was rescheduled once and the last time 3/6 /2026 Gary was here he said Sears was going to be installing a new water heater

Gary was great but our frig is still not working. It is still hot. Not cold at all and this has been a month and we had to buy a small frig to get us by. I believe at this point we need another frig and to be reeimbursed for the other frig we had to buy.
