I've had my LG French door refrigerator for 5 years. The craft ice maker has been replaced 3 times. LG needs to fix the problem! Gary is very good at that task having done all of the replacements. It takes less than 30 minutes but as a customer my window for the repair is 11 hours. I appreciate Gary coming early afternoon this time. He is friendly, very knowledgeable about the device and does a good job.
