John was continually in contact prior to both appointments. Once here totally professional and although couldn't finish work on 1st appointment ordered part & rescheduled me. Second visit with new part installed finished in a short time.

Harold efficiently repair my Bosch dishwasher. It was not good that he was the 3rd technician making the 3rd visit. 1st technician diagnosed leak and part was ordered. 2nd tech installed new valve and discovered wiring harness defects. Not efficient repair.
