Ok the service was ok and I was satisfied with the service

I have a Sears Home Protection plan for my refrigerator. I was unable to reach a human when I noticed I was to be charged for a service call after I made an appointment by phone (strictly AI). When I was contacted by Gagik he was able to verify my warranty but it took hours for him to get it straightened out. So hooray for Gagik but boo for the SEARS appointment process!

Sears is a joke. Rescheduled my appointment 5 times in a span of 3 weeks. Missed so much work since they provide an all day arrival window. Ridiculous. Poor online customer service.

Riley did a good job getting things done. However, I'm not pleased with the rest pf your service. I called in September 2025 to get my washer fixed. Here it is March 2026 and it is just now getting fixed. That was over six months I was without my washer. Customer service didn't know what they were talking about. I called over twenty times. You guys promised a technician would come and they never showed. Five times I had to wait from 8am-5pm. How am I suppose to go to work on those days.
