The Lid Lock on our 4-year-old washing machine quit, causing it to stop mid-cycle and locking the lid shut. However, were able to schedule a technician the very next day. Desmond arrived on time, did some troubleshooting, ordered the part, returned when the part arrived (again, on time, when promised) and installed it successfully.

Ricardo was great and I think solved the problem that remained after another technician was here a month ago for the same problem. I don't like that it is impossible to communicate with a person at Sears service. Even the online chat limits questions to five topics. Because of this I will look elsewhere for appliance repair service in the future.
