Jimmy was fantastic. He was the same technician who recently helped us with our dryer, and once again he did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, even showed me the inside of the washer (I'm tech-curious), and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It's rare these days to receive service that is this competent, transparent, and straightforward. Really appreciate the great work.

Joanna figured out how to use the timer functions even though they were never explained in the user's manual. The repair visit would have never been necessary if the documentation would have been clear. The user's manual was, by far, the worst I have ever encountered for any appliance I have ever owned. Also, there is no excuse for a customer being unable to speak to a live person in reporting trouble. I'll never do business with Kenmore again and strongly recommend to my friends and family to avoid doing business with Kenmore/Sears in the future.
