Sears sucks
The technicians sent to do my fridge job didn't know nothing! Took over 6 weeks to fix my fridge! These guys need to be trained better ! ..David and his helper guy the last and 4th visit where great ! Knew there stuff !

John was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We enjoyed having him with us and his professional advice. However, we did not enjoy our appointment being delayed a week especially when we were given no notice until after the appointment was missed by an entire day. This was not John's fault.
