Brandon was excelent, but the service with Sears is really terrible, it took over a month for a technician to show up after they ordered the parts for my washing machine to install them. They made 5 appointments and never show up. Very unreliable. We've been clients for more than 20 years and we are very disappointed. Not reliable at all!!

Humayoun and his assistant were on time, polite and got right down to business inspection my washing machine. Unfortunately the repair cost was beyond the value of the machine. He gave me honest information - that a new machine would be best. I recommend the Sears Service program they have helped me with all my appliances.

Robert is very qualified and easy-going to work with. He was able to replace my treadmill motor without issues. He is personable, knowledgeable, and very skilled in analyzing the issue and determining the steps to fix the problem. I am very impressed with his professionalism and customer-friendly focus. He is trustworthy and reliable. I can't say enough good things about him. I would definitely recommend him as a qualified tech. to fix the problem!
