We have had problems with our fridge door for the last three years. 6 different guys looked at it. One with a different company and 5 guys from Sears finally Dave and another guy with him finally figured it out. They changed it to a left swing instead of a right swing and now it closes and seals. The bottom right was compromised and the bracket wasn't working properly. I like it better open on the left better on the right. We have only had the fridge for about 3 years. Only after a few months the drawer cracked. The seal on the fridge tore anc it didn't shut properly. Finally it's fixed.

Mustafa came on time and clearly explained the situation with our dryer. He completed a temporary fix on the spot and explained what needed to be done to fix it permanently. When/if I need another service, I hope I get Mustafa again, or someone equally impressive.

Joe was great! Very quick and was in and out in no time. He came and fixed the errors of the previous guy Ed. I'd love to review the 3 different guys that have been here over the past month for the same repair. Rob: Great! Joe: Great! Ed: Broke my microwave door and then said he ordered parts but never did and somehow there was no record he was even here.
