Andy came to my house. He is a likeable guy who got right down to business. I told him I knew that the ignitor in my oven was gone and that I had the part to fix it. He gave me a price to install and had the work done in a Half-Hour. I only put in the order yesterday and my oven is fixed today. Quickest service I ever got for an appliance repair. I will use them again. Thanks to Sears and Andy for such great service.

Kylen was great. The Sears Home Service communications was terrible. Scheduling required giving up an entire day to accommodate Sears. The first day no one showed. The second day the time of arrival consistently changed so that it was unreliable. No way to contact Kylen or vice versa.
