A simple repair, but T. Romero was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. It is a shame I had to request the same repair 4 times in the past 3 years. Due to no fault of this technician Sears was unable to meet my last appointment resulting in an inexcusable no show.

the technician was helpful , gentle, and worked quickly to diagnose the problem with dryer. He also discussed possible solutions to the problem. The problem with dryer was not solved completely but he helped me decide which solution would be best for me.
