Our technician, Mike, was very nice. But...we would never use your company again for anything. You need to drop the AI agents and get real live agents. We were put off for quite awhile, but when I complained, we finally got the job done. We liked Mike , but your company stinks.

Mike is the only technician I will allow to work at my home he is kind and he knows what he is doing and it is ridiculous that you don't have other employees trained to be as thorough and reliable and honest as he is constantly. It will be a very sad day when he retires. I want to renew my warranty for one more year as I know that he is scheduled to retire in Marr h of 2028. I will call and find out the cost of that.
