Ward was great my only complaint is with Sears I was scheduled on 5/29 8-12 I was notified via email they were gonna have to reschedule for 5/30 with no number to call and complain about I took a day off to be able to have the appointment happen and then had to take another the next day very unprofessional of Sears

Mr. Kyle was very knowledgeable on the service he provided! However, when a dishwasher is over 20 years old…..you gotta know when to hold them and when to fold them!! He knew the answer!!
