Terry has been here before to troubleshoot our 20-year-old washer, but we had to get a new one. He made recommendations. I scheduled a service call for my 20-year-old Kenmore dryer that wasn't heating. We were able to put a new heating element in it instead of buying a new dryer. Hopefully, I'll get a few more years out of the dryer. Terry is knowledgeable and courtesy.

Nathaniel was prompt and conscientious when he serviced our refrigerator. He was knowledgeable about our particular brand and provided resources for us to maintain this refrigerator in the future. He installed the piece quickly and was careful in making sure we were comfortable with what he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with refrigerator needs.

Tommy was very good and knew what he was doing but Samsung is the one that want to wait to replace the fridge. We are going on month with out one working, very disappointed in Samsung. Thank you Tommy!

it took awhile to finally get the fridge going again. seems to be working fine. took 3 months to get to this point but KAREN WAS WORKING TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. FINALLY ON FRIDAY, I HEARD HER YELL OUT, YES, AND IT STARTING WORKING. She never gave up.
