Gary was wonderful. He found the problem and let Sears know what had to be done because he could not fix it. It was electrical. We needed to get an electrian out, so we had to call Sears. That did not go so well. The electrian was schedule to come out on Sunday 3/22/26 and was a no show. We called Sears and got the excuse they do not work on Sundays. They were schedule for today 3/23/26 but so far, no show.
