I had a great experience with the clothes dryer repair service. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. My dryer was not heating properly and taking hours to dry clothes, but the issue was fixed during the visit and now it works like new. I really appreciated the clear explanation of what was wrong and the care taken to make sure everything was working before leaving. The service was efficient, courteous, and very helpful. Thank you for the excellent repair work—I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Chris was quick to diagnose the problem of the refrigerator leaking and ice sheets on the bottom of the fridge. He found the drains clogged and the coils super dirty in the back of the fridge. He cleaned and vacuum that throughly and then emptied the fridge to check the drains inside which he thought would be fine but checked anyways and they were. He was thorough and methodical and explained everything to us. Highly recommend Chris.

Covered by protection agreement. Quick and professional. ( Only negative: AI changed my afternoon appt. To morning. Claimed I requested it. I couldn't reach a live customer service rep to object... so I had to change my plans to be home all morning. And then he still didn't arrive until 12:30.
