Super Tech!
Stayed late to get the AC back on. We might not need it for a few days but I'm thrilled that it will be ready when the weather turns. Super kind man. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Paul is a good person with experience, unfortunately he is working for a BAD company who doesn't care for their customers, you can't even talk to a live representative , I will never recommend SEARS to anyone, they make schedules that they can't keep! SAD!!!!!!!

Julio came to my house twice, once for diagnostics and parts order, and again for the repair. Both visits were as pleasant as they could be. Julio is friendly and nice to talk with, while still being professional. And he was nice about my constantly barking dogs! If I need service again, I hope it's Julio that comes.

...or lack of. Parts no longer available for my Sears Elite manufactured by LG. I really appreciate Justin's time and evaluation of my fridge. I appreciate he put on booties before entering. He was kind, polite and empathetic.
