Great servicr
Russell was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my washer however was not able to repair it. I had to purchase a new washer.

Cliff is one of the few that takes his job extremely serious really detailed and wants to service your needs. He did an amazing job explaining everything and made sure the issue was completely corrected before he left. Don't lose Cliff

Technician did a good job however, I cannot understand how only one of my units could be checked. I had to wait another six months for the second unit to be checked. I was not informed of this when I purchased this whole house system contract. I am very disappointed with Sears maintenance services.
