When our gas range had an issue (bake function not working) I put in a service call to Sears. The Service Techinican (David) let me know when he was on his way before hand and arrived in the estimated serive window. David quickley diagnosed the issue and started the repair, David is one of those people who is very professional and explained our options to repair the gas range. The service was completed quickly and performed the diagnostics and temperature check after the repair was complete. Overall we were extrememly impressed with David's skill and professionalism, if we ever need an appliance repaired we will be calling Sears and would love to be able request David as our repair tech as we feel he is someone we can completely trust no question. Thanks Sears and Thanks a bunch David, you made a appliance repair a smooth experience!! David C.

Walled Lake, MIDaniel was great, but Sears Home Service is a joke.
Daniel did a good job repairing my washer, but AI screwed up scheduling appointments and the dates he was scheduled to come, he didn't show up because he was never given the order. I got 3 emails from a Sears technician saying they came to my home and no one was home. That's a lie. I have always been home at my scheduled time and the technician sent photo's 3 times of a house he supposedly went to and that wasn't my house. I am very dissatisified with Sears Home Service. Daniel knows where we live because he had already been to my house 2 times.. I bet it was AI just pulling a photo of someone's house from who knows where. Daniel came when he actually go the order dispatched to him. My appointments to complete the service was reschedule 6 time by Sears AI. I told American Home Shield they need to contract another appliance company to be their company to use and to never use Sears Home Service.

Valderas was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He even gave us advice on maintaining our LG washer and dryer - helpful tips that the consumer doesn't k ow about. I would definitely recommend Valdemar.
