Todd arrived ahead of time. He gave me a very informative lesson on how my washer works (much more than the manual offers). For example, he explained how the washer tries to balance an unbalanced loan by adding water and spinning in an attempt to redistribute items. He is an excellent appliance tech! I wish they were all as knowledgeable as he is.
