My dryers heating element went out again. I called my home warranty and they dispatched Sears Home Service. They came out the next day and diagnosed the issue and had the parts ordered before they left. My dryer was fixed within 3 business days. Great job. My only issue is the service window. I work nights so sleep during the day. The service window was "A technician will show up between 8 and 3.". Due to that i was up all day, cause of course I was at the end of the window. So great service but I myself would never call them for business that wasn't done through my home warranty.

Frank offered many helpful ways to keep our dishwasher going- it's 15 years old. He and his associate explained everything well including the Sears plans and possible repairs. I highly recommend them. They also were available within one day of the date I went online to schedule an appointment. Excellent service!

This repairman was very professional and knew what he was doing. From the start he had my best interest at the start. He made sure that the washer was completely fixed and let me know all the steps in getting it that way. I hope that if I ever need a repair again he is the one they will send along with Harold to my home. Both of these men are fabulous in their work ethic and fixing appliances.
