Dishwasher repair customer
1st repair person misdiagnosed resulting in two wasted days waiting for proper parts. A 9 hour window for repairman to appear is ridiculous. That is not customer service. Paul as repair person 2 was wonderful. But see above comment about the repair window. What a waste of customer time.

After three different technicians that were sent to diagnose my problem with my range finally we got a very knowledgeable tech that knows his stuff. He was extremely knowledgeable , courteous and professional. His follow through and commitment in fixing the range was outstanding. I highly recommend his service 👍🏼
