Great technician!
Rick has been out on a couple of service calls for us. Fortunately all of our appliances are still under extended warranty, but when Rick has come out, he has diagnosed the problem and done what is needed to resolve our issue. He has always been great at communicating when he would be at the house, was pleasant while working, and just an all-around great tech and an asset to the Sears Home Service company.

Our technician Al, was friendly, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He communicated about his arrival time and was almost to the minute. He gave our a/c a thorough inspection and changed the filter with my supplied 3M allergy hepa filter. I wish all their technicians were this good.
