Wash machine issue
After thoroughly examining the washer, which was leaking during a wash cycle, Robert determined that it was not draining properly due to calcium buildup. He replaced the clogged part and the washer appears to be functioning properly. This after other technicians could not find the problem.

After a long and drawn out bad experience of 3 weeks with Sear AI bot (horrible idea), trying to get an appointment schedule,we were pleasantly surprised by Lenathen's excellent attitude, skills and work ethic. He's a great guy who just made our day. Please hire more people like him people schedule service calls so the proper parts are ordered and available when the repair person needs them.
