Fred doggedly found the problem. We were without an oven since Thanksgiving. Fred was able to correct what other techs had found and persisted to find the solution. I'm just disappointed that it took over three months. Would not recommend this service.

The technician provided was good customer service. However, I was not happy with the fact that between when I turned in the order, he came out and couldn't look at it. He said because of where it was, he could not take the doors off to move it out from the space. It ended up being a problem with the starter the switch that turns it off and on. Also, the fact that I had to wait always a week in between and one week that I was waiting they had to reschedule and could not get me in until a week later. I think having a time between one and five is too long to wait. To me it should be either morning or afternoon.

The hot surface light is still on even when the stove is not hot. Technician was great but I think he assumed the light would go off after the burner cooled off but it didn't.

Very professional and courteous service. Mohammad found the problem and replaced the required part quickly. The system was still not functioning properly, and he continued checking for other issues. After checking the system thoroughly, he finally determined it was my thermostat that was causing the compressor not to switch from heat to cool. I have replaced my thermostat, and the house is now cooling like it should.
