The tech took the time to explain why my oven was basically exploding and told me what to look for in the future before it got so bad.

What impressed me about our technician Johnny was his knowledge regarding the dishwasher. First he was concerned about not getting any water on our wood floors...always making sure either to wipe up water or using his shop vac to eliminate water from hoses. He placed a rather large heavy duty plastic sheet to protect the floor as he moved the dishwasher out from its location to work on. He carefully removed the old pump that took some time...then carefully installing the new one...quite a task I must say. After putting back all of the parts he had removed from inside the machine, he then, using a short cycle, tested the newly installed pump for 19 minutes...checking for any leaks. He completed the job by once again making sure the dishwasher was securely in place. GREAT JOB JOHNNY
