Same day availability. Professional appearance and demeanor. Seemed knowledgeable of both the appliances and willing to explain the problems and what was needed to repair them, how long it will take to get the ordered part and left the appliance in working order. This is the best experience I have ever had with a home warranty company being a homeowner and landlord for 20+ years.

He came in smiling. Was very attentive as I explained what happened to frig. He was very neat, knew right away what was needed, he HAD the part too!! I was very happy to get it fixed even sooner than they first thought. Offered me an earlier date for service. I felt relieved and thankful when he fixed my frig.

Logan a good tech that said. Your AI bot and your new platform are the craps. I was supposed to have an appointment on 3/3/2026 no show, no call no text just a piece of crap bot with bad programming and the bot can't tell time and lies.
