Jarrod was a great tech! Personal and very professional we have no issue with him. Our complaint is the scheduling process several times our appointment window was canceled at the last minute when we had taken off work to be here and there was no way to reach a human being that was an extremely frustrating experience.

Harold did a great job diagnosing my dryer to find the suspect problem. I chose not to fix the dryer because of the over priced parts per online research. The part (PC Board) and labor to fix my dryer came to approximately $1,250. That's outrageous! Therefore, I can't recommend Sears A&E Repair for any appliances.
