Theodore was very professional and friendly both times he came to our house. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He diagnosed our problem, got the part ordered, and came back and installed it. He also cleaned up after himself which we really appreciated.

Jeremy was great. However, this should have been fixed 3 weeks ago. Not Jeremy's fault, it is your other tech and your stupid AI system and nobody knew what was going on. I had to be the one to call multiple times and follow up with your organization!! Everytime, I was promised, someone would call me back, no one did!! I was even told by someone there that the notes said I needed to have a licensed electrician come out first and check my electrical which was not true!! After Jeremy checked the dryer on Monday the 23rd, he verified the correct thermostat needed and got it ordered. Was back out Friday the 27th and had our dryer fixed!! Your organization as far as communication and knowing what is going on is a joke!!! You need to fix your organization. A little over a month to fix a dryer because the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing is unacceptable! Jeremy needs to find a better place to work!! He is a top notch tech, and had this done within a week!

We are pleased with the work done by both of the men who came out to fix our 1997 Kenmore washer. They were polite and professional. The first young man came out to diagnose the issue. He called a friend who had more experience with older machines, who confirmed the likely problem and the parts needed. A few days later, after the parts had arrived, a different young man arrived to do the repair. He also checked with a friend who had more experience to be sure that he was going down the right path for fixing the washer with the new parts. I so admire both of these gentleman for reaching out to be sure they were on the right path with a washer as old as ours. Obviously, most of the washers they see are decades newer. These two young men did Sears Home Services proud.
