The work done didnt do any difference. the refrigerator is still not working.

Retrain
Worse Teck that I have ever seen. He was unprepared. Did not have covers for his shoes at the door, had to go back to the truck to get some. Then he would go out of the house and would not take them off and wear them back in the house. Had no rags, towels to do the job, I have to give him them. Had water all over the floor, under the sink and on the Conter when he left. We had to clean up after him, everything under the sink was loaded with water. Had to take everything out and clean to let dry over the night. Large kitchen rug had water soaked on it, had to remove (it is not a cheap rug) and let dry. Wood floors were the same. He needs to be retrained! Waited all day for him and then had to spend over an hour to clean up. Will put everything back today, another 15-30 minutes of my time. Have used your service for over 30 years, if you every send him back, I will not let him in to do the work.

microwave repair
Burning smell coming from microwave which he diagnosed as problem with transformer. However, the same smell continued to come after the transformer change and asked to review again, refused to acknowledge the problem and got angry!

Totally disappointed
I received the visit of Marco Technician to review my AC unit. Then he told me verbally that my unit are not working correctly and he will suggest to replacing them. Then I receive a visit of another Sears contractor, these new guys review my units again and their diagnostic was totally different. This new contractors submitted a report that I need to clean my units instead replace. I don't understand how two diferente people reviewed the same units and have a totally diagnosis different. And the worst part is that I need to pay from my pocket the cleaning service. Wow totally disappointed

Very disappointed
The tech wasn't in my home 3 mins didn't look at anything, not even shine a flash light or go outdoors, stated we prolly should change filter or call someone else out.
