Freezer warranty service
Carolyn was great! Unfortunately parts are not available and my freezer can't be fixed. Currently waiting for lowe's and kenmore to tell me what they're going to do to replace my freezer.

Benny did a good job problem-solving how to remove a brass elbow pipe from the old valve to use on the new one. It was stuck after being on the valve for over 20 years, but he finally got it loose. The new valve was installed and was working fine when he left.
