Although my dryer was not able to be repaired due to its age (1994) our service provider was helpful, knowledgable and on time.

Anne R,
New Castle, PAExcellent Service
Prompt, experienced, and professional. They did a great job even though we decided not to repair it and just buy a new one. The inspection fee was worth it to get our options.

Daniel was very patient. He walked me through the whole process. He stated the washer should be fine but have any more problems take a picture of it and send it to him a text or document so he can have proof that he did follow through with it. I will refer him to anybody who have a concern with their washer or dryer
Daniels J,
Rome, GAIbrahim was thinking outside the box.
I have been experiencing issues with the water dispenser on the refrigerator not dispensing water then later start dispensing again. The water solenoids have already been replaced. Ibrahim thought that the water dispenser line might be freezing up. Today he changed the freezer temperature from -1 degrees to +2 degrees. Keeping fingers crossed.
