First rate service - fixed!!!
Eric is a hero! Diagnosed the problem with my fridge and set about to remedy it. It now sounds good as new and is no longer leaking. He took the time to show me the source of the problem, discussed what likely caused it, and how to prevent in future. Very polite, friendly, respectful.

I would to thank Jeff for a job well done. He helped restore the experience of getting the refrigerator repaired since the first technician did not properly diagnose nor order the correct part and canceled our first meeting. Even though Jeff had to come back because the previous technician had ordered the wrong part, Jeff was a pleasure to deal with and knowledgeable.

Multiple reschedules with no explanation. No way to speak with a live person. These made this experience frustrating and I will not be using Sears Home Services in the future and I will be letting others know of my poor experience. Once tech did arrive, repair was made sufficiently.

There was no repair due to the cost of the parts to fix the washer. It was cheaper to buy a new washer. The washer warranty did not cover any of the electronics which is a rip off
