Rich did a great job the couple times he came to make repairs. I was not happy with Sears's scheduling and customer service center since it is all operated by AI voice. Sears cancelled twice on me on the same day as services scheduled while I waited all day and I could not reach a "live" person to resolve the scheduling issues. Very frustrating. Also, one of the parts sent was damaged in shipment and that requires an additional visit. Don't think I will renew my service agreement because the AI system is extremely aggravating and not customer friendly.

Thank God for Sear home repair. They were able to set sour appointment according to our schedule. They were on time, very polite and respectful. He was able to get the part he didn't have very quickly and come back to change it out. Thank you Sears service.
