Unfortunately, Charlie was covering for the original technician that was assigned to us between 8AM and noon arrival. Charlie received our house call after noon, but arrived at 1:30. Charlie was able to determine the failed part within minutes, but had to order the part. Based on the quoted cost, we declined the repair and looking to replace the clothes washer.

Sears technician Marshall is a very intelligent conscientious worker. He takes his time to valuate and check on the components of your equipment. Jamerson determined the contact on compressor was sticking cleaned contact unit worked fine for a couple of cycles then it stuck again after he left said contact would probably have to be replaced called in another call to CHW!

Mike was efficient, professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and explained our options for repair (cost, service options, warranty, service plan). I really appreciated the fact that he called us and let us know approximately when he would arrive. We have two dogs and a somewhat challenging location, so that was key to having a successful visit.
