Don't get me started on the booking process of Sears, but once that was all settled the actual experience was terrific. Todd ruled. Would use again, even though I try to use local companies, god dang it was tough finding someone to fix a wall mounted oven

I had a very challenging time with getting a technician here and the AI system however, my technician was outstanding! He explained the problems I was experiencing in a way I could understand and instructed me on how I could help take even better care of my washer, which I thought was going the extra mile I am most appreciative for his help.

Isidro communicates with me, when he is coming, to service my washer. Previous technician's no communication & don't show up, which I wasted my whole day, & Sears has to reschedule me again. Isidro get the job done & listen to my complaints about my washer. Sears needs to treat their technicians with better working conditions & not overload their work load. Also your routing, U schedule them from town, to Leeward, to Windward, keep your technician working in the same district! This is why U loose good worker's. Keep up the good job, Isidro!!
