Excellent Service
Eric came the same day I contacted Sears. He is very knowledgeable, found the problem and ordered the part the same day. He came back the day after the part arrived and installed it and made sure it was working. I will recommend Sears Repair to everyone I know. Eric rocks!

After the waiting five days for a technician to come, he did a great job but being able to contact you guys was terrible. You need a better system. You need not to be telling people that someone is coming and they never do come. This service is terrible. The technician was great.

He showed up in the time he quoted. Replaced the part and recalibrated the washer. Best part he left my laundry room as it was when he arrived, was mindful of the rug, left nothing laying around!
