The technician from Sears home services was excellent. Although I did not have a specific time, the company kept me up-to-date about a approximate time which was fairly accurate.. The technician was thorough and professional, and and tested any possible reason for the leakage event from my top loading washing machine he explained what he was doing and thinking, and I learned a lot from his explanations he was able to fix the problem at the time of his visit.

Shane was dispatched to investigate ice maker issues. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the replacement parts. The parts arrived next day. He returned, installed and tested the new component Explained the issues with the original components and how long it would take for the fridge to cycle through its process and start making ice. Shane was very personable and friendly. Enjoyed the conversations with him during his visit.

Great experience with technician Robert. Very informative and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him. SEARS AI automated system sucks though. You can't contact a human being if needed to save your life. Three different Sears home services numbers on internet, including local number, and all are the same AI system.
