Excellent service. He went right to work and told us what the problem was and what was needed in the future. He also got the dryer working again. Would definitely call Sears again if I needed something.

Techs were efficient and through, very polite and personable. Could not fix problem ,suggested replacement of washer due to age of appliance. Your on line service is terrible to navigate and not really helpful. Need to make human available to answer questions and help define issues. Will not be using Sear's repair again! and won't suggest it to anyone else!

The technician who came to replace the part for our fridge did a great job. The issue have with your service company is that you given an allotted window time of eight hours which is hugely inconvenient to the homeowner and then you don't know the time that they technician is coming until that morning of the service it should be a four hour window.
