Washer still not working properly
Gus has been out in multiple occasions!! Replaced multiple parts!! He left yesterday after replacing 'the brains' and the first load of clothes I did………same problem only worse now!!! Happening on normal selection!!! I do not want him again. I want Scott!! It is impossible to talk to a human at your company and I am fed up!!! This warranty is worthless. It's obvious that I have purchased a lemon!!!! I will find out who to contact so I can place a formal complaint!!!! If you know customer service at all, you will reach out to me to resolve this thing!!!!!

Horrible service
Tech had no ladder, had to use mine and he did not put it away where he got it from. Did not have soap to check for leaks in my sc system. Did not wear shoes covers and it was a wet muddy day. Gir mud and duet all over my 2 months old carpet which now needs to be cleaned! Put holes, gouges, dirt streaks and dings in my newly redone dry wall, plaster, and paint carrying my ladder upstairs to access the attic . Absolutely horrible..

Disappointment
My adult son was here while he worked and he was loudly cussing, moody & rushed out. I came home and found the biggest mess I've ever seen a hired worker leave. Stuff was on my carpet, my entire kitchen floor covered in lint, dirt, grime, 3 soaking wet towels. I had to immediately sweep & mop entire kitchen. He also did not reset water filter it was left on red. I only hope he actually repaired the filter & ice water seal properly since I was not here to watch.

Poor install and poor customer relations
Late entry as there have now been 10+ appointments to fix an oven that breaks about every 1-1.5 years. Part was replaced, oven failed, additional part was ordered then not available so tech was scheduled to remove to send in for repair instead of replacement. Tech arrives and determines that prior part was not calibrated on install. Calibration was done oven worked for 1-2 cycles then failed the next day. Appointment set for last Saturday no show no call. Rescheduled for today, tech that did install called to find out what the issue was and decided he does not have experience to fix oven and wants a different tech to look at it rescheduled for Monday. Same tech claims I am taking my frustration out on him when I have repeatedly asked for supervisor information to express frustration in the situation of multiple service calls, his incorrect or in the least incomplete install. I expressed that I understand this is not an individual issue but the oversight is atrocious, and customer service even worse. I also expressed that any technician seeking a fix to a car or appliance that has had 10-12 appointments scheduled and rescheduled or ineffective fix would equally be frustrated.

Not Happy. Refrigerator not Working .
He made it worse. I want a full refund. I had a working refrigerator with no ice maker. Now nothing is working on the refrigerator. Not happy at all. Food will be lost!!!! Do not use this repair service. Technician was arrogant and does not know his job. He told me he needed to replace the entire control panel.

No service happened!
The technician was unfamiliar with built in refrigerators and could not attempt repair. Seems like with the model and serial # the company should have known what they were dealing with and either should not have scheduled or cancelled as soon as they knew!

Didn't hook things back up, didn't verify fix
Didn't hook gas or vent back up. Left a mess. Didn't verify dryer was heating. Dryer stopped functioning again within 5 minutes of running, so now I get to open another claim and wait another week for this great service. What a deal. I wish I had never bought the extended warranty.

Can't connect with a person. Need phone number to actual person! Technician never showed up and came next day during a dr apt!

None. My fridge is still leaking did not fix then go under the bottom to look at the problem. How can you order parts if you didn't find the problem. You just can't stand up look at the refrigerator and said that I can fix it if you didn't find a problem that's
