Dishwasher Repair

He was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing, but he didn't leave the dishwasher so it could be turned on. He shouldn't have left until he verified that it was working once the dishwasher was back in the cabinet.

Broke my washer

Your undertrained reps made a bad situation much worse. We are canceling our subscription, and need a refund for the cost of a replacement washer and dryer. Overall stunningly bad service.

At last, Jonathan E. fixed the problem. It was the 4th visit by a technician for the same problem This vendor could be better at keeping appointments. I give Jonathan E a 5, but dependability of the vendor a 0. I was held "hostage" in my house from 8-5 on 4 different days. Totally unacceptable. Given that this was a repair on a master service plan, I expect the vender felt no urgency to be prompt.

Four time sears came to repair. After they left with few hours same problem. Comes back and shut off ac. On the thermostats shows system fault, 84- High, pressure, lockout 4H.

Not happy and can't reach an actual person

Supposed to come to switch a glass top of electric stove last week . Window is 8a-5p so it's the whole day of waiting just for the guy to tell us they can't switch it because the caulking wasn't removed from the sides of stove . We were never told to do this before they came . When asked the worker he said oh it happens all the time nothing we can do about it . So my wife wasted a complete day for nothing! We now have to be without a stove stove top for an extra week because of incompetence. I asked them for a phone number to reach a supervisor or any human and was told they do not have a number to give me. Very hard to believe… also had to pay double for the job because we were told it's a 2 person job which is ridiculous in my opinion. The following week got the same window 8a-5p. Heard nothing again til the end of the day ..Finally switched out but not after hearing the workers complain and try to tell us the caulking wasn't completed removed in back which was false and they found that out rather quickly. They complained about the floor not being level also which was just replaced 6months ago and false. Then at the end of the day left the old glass and hurried away. They did replace it good and put stove back so that was a positive ! But overall Very poor experience and very unprofessional from the time window to the completion.. Still can't believe they wouldn't give me a number to reach a person and not a answering prompt. Hopefully the company reads this and contacts me to make it right but big companies seldom do that!

Absolutely Horrible Service - Possible sexism

Before compiling this note, I had to think about whether or not I care if you stay in business. And the truth is I leaned hard toward not writing. But my conclusion was that I should be kind in this situation and give you a heads-up concerning what I encountered when dealing with the representatives of your company. First I felt uncomfortable with the language barrier I encountered with the person taking my request for a service call. I felt as if she may not have understood what my problem was. (As it turns out, apparently she didn't as your tech didn't even know why he had been called out.) The second thing I want to note is that if your technician had a better attitude and a customer-centric way of thinking perhaps things would have gone better from the moment he entered my home. While he was able to complete what he was sent to accomplish it was not without a total lack of decorum and respect for the women in my home The third thing I wanted to mention is that both issues that were wrong with my appliance are likely common issues and as such could have been handled easily with suggestions over the phone that might have solved my problems. Of course, you're likely to say that had you done that you would have missed out on the income you could have received by sending a tech to my home to explain them to me. Considering the cost of fuel and what his hourly earnings are (not to mention the labor burden attached) there may be more to consider. This brings me to the final thing I want to tell you. Had you tried to solve my common issue problems over the phone, saving both you and me time and effort it is much more likely that you would have developed a loyal customer who would have been very likely to return to you for service and spread the word to friends and family. Instead, from our first encounter to the last with your people we have felt less than comfortable. And no, your company is not likely to be the one we call back or recommend to others.

Not fixed!

My dryer was not fixed. He was a different tech than the original tech that came out twice and ordered a part for us. This tech said we didnt need the part supposedly that the other tech ordered and it was just a fuse or relay which he supposedly changed and the dryer was working when he left supposedly. I try to use it after work 3 hours later and its doing the same thing it was before the techs came out. Not happy at all.

AC repair

I had a call in because my AC wasn't running. The tech didn't listen to what I was experiencing. He changed a capacitor and 15 minutes after he left it stopped working again just like before. He seemed more interested in getting to the next call. I took a day off anwaited all day for nothing. Extremely disappointed. If you like to contact me feel free.
