Air conditioner
Really super nice gentlemen providing great customer service!!!!!! He explain what has to be done and the part that needed to fix the air conditioning!!!!!! Unfortunately my air conditioning system needed part, so it had to be ordered! Again, he was a great gentlemen to deal with! . Sear is lucky to have a gentlemen of this caliber on your staff!!!!!!! All repair guys should be like him!!!!!!

Alexander did everything to evaluate and find the cause of the leak the first time he came to the house. He ordered the part and came back with the part to install it and tested to ensure that there was no leak. He cleaned up upon completion and everything was placed back in its original location. He is a great technician.
